Friday nights are fun for the whole family. Along with the racing. families can enjoy great food from the concessions through out the night.  Items include funnel cakes, hot dogs, hamburgers and more.  Children also get a chance to meet the track mascot who loves to hang out with the kids. There are multiple racing classes for fans to see. Cars that race at Wake County Speedway include Modified 4 cylinders, Legends, U-Cars, Bandoleros, Southern Ground Pounders and Late Models.

The speedway will hold raced every two weeks on Friday night starting with the opener on June 14. The season will end of September 6 with a 100 lap Late Models featured event.

Wake County Speedway is a great place to spend an evening with the whole family and experience short track racing at its best; they call it “America’s favorite bullring” for a reason. Come and see why for yourself on Friday, June 14!
